This voucher can not be redeemed for cash or replaced if lost or stolen, and If purchased while discounted, it can not be used with another discount or coupon.

there are some piercings that we are not comfortable doing, therefore we are not able to provide the service for.

GIVEN THE ABOVE LINK FOR THE PIERCING LIST, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT A REFUND IF THE VOUCHER HOLDER IS ASKING FOR A PIERCING THAT IS NOT ON OUR LIST.

In case we refuse to offer the service DUE TO ANATOMICAL difficulties, the amount will be refunded.
